Lakefront Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a full range of specialized services including short and long-term skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and mental health programming. Lakefront has a long-standing reputation for quality care provided by a highly trained staff known for expertise, compassion and sensitivity.
Our services are led by an advanced degree social service director and director of nursing and supported by 24-hour skilled nursing. We provide a full suite of rehabilitation therapy along with many other vital skills such as IV administration and g-tube feeding.
The staff brings comprehensive experience in program development for those dealing with addictions and other mental health conditions. Therapeutic groups, conducted by medical professionals including our staff psychiatrist, are hosted daily to ensure the wellbeing of those in need. Community integration is a focus, and Lakefront has successfully helped hundreds of people get back to living healthy and meaningful lives. Several outside agencies, including AA and various CADC Programs, also meet at our facility. Lakefront has networked with numerous agencies throughout the Chicago area to create a robust system of resources for our residents, even after they integrate back into the community.
